Human Resource Management plays an important role in finding, selecting and keeping the best suitable people for the workforce of the organization. As it motivates the people to develop their skills and talents to achieve the main goals of the organization and it appraise the company business success by implementing different strategies.
Human Resource Management improves the performance of an organization by practicing four main functions of Human Resource Management assessment like,
· *Strategic HR planning
· *Recruitment and selection
· *Performance management
· *Remuneration
· Strategic HR planning
Strategic HR planning Engages in systematic developing which is used to understand the current needs of the employees and the future needs of the employees. Through this analysis an organization can prevent hiring employees who are overqualified or under qualified.
· Recruitment and selection
Recruiting is the process of choosing the right person for a particular job and there are two types of recruitment called internal recruitment and external recruitment.
Internal recruitment is making the people who are already employed aware of the prevailing job opportunities in the organization. External recruitment is the process of attracting applicants outside the organization by posting job vacancies using different media. After recruitment has done the next step is selection of the right person for the particular job post. There are three types for the sections like, background information checking, interviewing and employment tests. Using these selection methods the most suitable candidate can be selected for the job.
· Performance management
Performance management is the process of assessing the employees work and checking how they do their job duties. It is important to measure the job performance of the employees in an organization to enhance the productivity of the company.it improves the chances of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the employees as it directly affect the success of the company.
· Remuneration
Remuneration is the process of deciding wages and salaries, benefits, perquisites etc. this is very important for an organization as salaries and other benefits are main sources of attracting candidates for job vacancies. Therefore remuneration plays a major role in Human Resource Management and for the development of a company.
Human resource Management benefits developing and managing the work related relationships of the company and motivating the working staff to drive towards the goals of the organization. For this achievement of goals, there should be proper training programs for the employees and orientation programs for the fresher. Also the employees should be provided with good as the employees job satisfaction is directly affect the company success. There should be a good employer – employee relationship to achieve the company goals and for the company success.
When the Human Resource Management policies and strategies are practiced in an organization, it could be really benefited for the success of the organization. It is not only about recruiting selecting managing and developing, but also it benefits the company with positive human relationships which are vital for the business success and go for the targets of the company as a group.
